Not enough hours in the day?
Why do we lead such busy lives? And why do we feel it's important to do it all. It's okay to not be the master of everything, isn't it?
We've grown up in a society of more more more. It's hard to maintain that. It's impossible. So why not give yourself a break and try these three simple steps every day:
1. Remove the clutter. Start doing less of what you don't like to do. If it doesn't bring you joy, get rid of it. Clean out the crap that's weighing you down. 2. Refocus. Start doing more of what you want to do. Give yourself permission to do something for yourself that you love, that is amazing for your spirit, that you always prioritize too low. 3. Rejoice. Look at what you've accomplished today, not what you haven't. Be thankful for what the day has given you and what you've made of it. Smile. (And if you're feeling that today was a waste, no worries, you can do better tomorrow!)
It's that simple. Do more of what you love, less of what you don't, and see how you feel. Lighter? More engaged? Full of energy?
