Start by asking yourself "what did I LIKE BEST about the situation?" and create your list of everything you did right.
Then, ask yourself "What will I do differently NEXT TIME?" and create suggested actions, behaviors, reactions that you'd like to implement.
The beauty of this model? It's not a pro/con list where you beat yourself up. Its a positive/action focused list where you celebrate what worked and determine corrective actions to take for next time.
Try it today... after a meeting, a call or interaction. On your way home, assess how your entire day was. Use it at the dinner table tonight with the family or friends.
