The Career Trajectory Program ("CTP") was created to assist you in strategically identifying your ultimate career path with CLARITY, ALIGNMENT, BALANCE and FOCUS. These four facets of the program continue to present themselves in integrated ways as you move through the modules.
The objective of CTP is to guide you through a self-discovery journey to highlight who you are at your core and what you long to have for your future. While the focus is on your career, the complex nature of the material will weave through your entire life. A path, complete with goals and timelines will be created to give you a strategic approach to your career going forward.
